Please note that the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program is administered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), and Townhomes at Double Creek applicants must meet the required income criteria in order to qualify for housing. Please review our Qualifying Criteria.

In accordance with LIHTC and HUD guidelines, Townhomes at Double Creek maintains a wait list for Very Low Income (VLI or 50%) units. Our anticipated wait time for VLI units exceeds 2 years. Low Income (LI or 60%) units come available more frequently. Please inquire for current availability, as the the availability shown on this site includes applications that are in process from our current waitlist applicants.




While our property undergoes renovations, we currently do not have apartments available for immediate move-in. Due to COVID-19, our Leasing Office is now open with restrictions. We will follow the protocol and guidelines of local ordinances, as well as the CDC, in consideration for the well-being of all. These include, but are not limited to: required wearing of a mask in order to enter our office, using hand sanitizer before entering office, maintaining social distancing and staying home if you exhibit symptoms related to COVID-19 as outlined by the CDC.
